Cattle Decapitation TO Join suffocation on Frank Mullen's Final Tour
Suffocation announced this March that their legendary vocalist Frank Mullen, one of the major progenitors of the death growl, would be retiring from the group, with an epic farewell tour slated for Autumn. At last, that tour is upon us.
Joined by Cattle Decapitation, Krisiun, and Visceral Disgorge, Suffocation will be embarking on a technical, utterly savage tour across the US next week, entitled "Death Chopping North America". Sweden's Soreption was originally scheduled as a supporting act for the tour, but unfortunately had to drop out due to visa issues (which seems to be an all too common issue as of late),
It was recently announced that Maryland brutal death band Visceral Disgorge would take their place, bringing a more slam-oriented sound into the mix. Regardless of the change, Death Chopping North America ought to be a disgustingly heavy romp through the states that any fan of death metal would be remiss to ignore.
