It's time to break out the fire extinguisher, because the raging conflagration that is Season of Mist has flared up yet again.  The label recently announced their signing of Americana-influenced stoner psych group Bask from Asheville, NC.  According to the group, their goal is to provide the listener with "rhythm heard for miles, melodies remembered for weeks and an honesty and sincerity felt to your bones. Most of all we want you to listen without concern for what you are hearing. To listen only for the sake of hearing."  Intertwining elements of folk, prog, post-metal, and even southern rock into their sound, Bask is a vastly creative band to watch.
